Refund Policy

Paid image packages add images to your account balance. Unused purchased images do not expire.

An image is deducted only after analysis successfully returns a result for that photo. Failed processing, retries, reopening saved results, editing, copying, and exporting do not use another image.

If a payment was taken in error, or a package did not add to your balance, email hello@serpshout.com with the purchase details. Paid packages are currently arranged through the SERP Shout contact form, not a card checkout in this app. We will look into the charge.

This policy does not promise a refund for analysis you already received and reviewed.
