SERP Shout Image SEO audits product images and suggests alt text. It does not sell personal data, run ads, or build marketing profiles.

Public URL checks and file jobs use a visitor cookie. Client IP is taken from the TCP connection, or from a configured reverse proxy. For abuse controls we keep an HMAC of the IPv4 /24 or IPv6 /64 prefix, plus a time window, a reason, and counters. Raw IP addresses are not stored. Those rows are deleted after 7 days. A shared network can be asked to complete a bot check or slowed for a few hours. It is not permanently banned from the product. Uploaded files and generated downloads are deleted after the job TTL (default 24 hours).

If a Shopify store is connected on an install that enables that option, we store an encrypted Admin API token plus product, collection, and article image metadata needed to audit and apply alt text you preview. We do not store Shopify customer records.

If Search Console is connected on an install that enables that option, we store tokens to read page clicks and impressions. We never write to Search Console.

Deleting your account removes sessions, projects, runs, uploads, integration tokens, tickets, and notifications. Purchase totals needed for accounting are kept without your name or email.
